El Marwa has the capacity to process 700 tons of fresh Egyptian tomatoes every day. Our mix flow evaporator can produce tomato paste in both hot break and cold break specification ranging from 20 up to 36 brix.

We deliver this product to food service and B2B clients, who use it as a key ingredient in a variety of delicious food products.
